Privacy and personal data
Atelier Gioielli di Sergio Nicolini, for the purposes and effects of legislative decree no. 196 of 30 june 2003, informs its customers that personal data supplied at the time of signing the purchase and/or the compilation of the invoice are excluded from the consent as collected and held solely with the tax/tax provided by law, regulations and legislation and, in any case, only to allow the exact obligations arising from the purchase contract which is part concerned and/or for the acquisition of the necessary contractual information always and only activated at the request of the latter (art. 23 legislative decree 196/2003).
Holder of the data management is Nicolini Atelier Gioielli - piazza Saffi 20 – 60019 Senigallia (AN) Italy. In relation to the handling of personal data:
PARAGRAPH 1:
The person concerned shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
PARAGRAPH 2:
The person concerned shall have the right to be informed:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated, according to the Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
PARAGRAPH 3:
The person concerned shall have the right to:
a) update, rectify, when necessary, and integrate his/her personal data;
b) obtain the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) have a certification that the operations as described in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
PARAGRAPH 4:
The person concerned shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
Specifically, Nicolinihop.com communicates that the personal data wont be used for commercial information or sending of advertisements information but only for commercial info and market researches linked to the agreement and only following the customer express authorization. The customer can, in any time, exercises his right to check, update and correct his own personal data, through the dedicated web page; furthermore the customer can be opposed, totally or partially, to the usage of his/her personal data and can require their cancellation with a formal request to the e-mail address info@nicolinishop.com or by sending a registered mail to the company address.
ORDERS:
When an order is processed is required your Name and Surname, Company name, email address, office or home address, phone number and VAT identification number. All those information allow us to proceed with your orders, delivery the products and inform you about your order status or send you info about it. The phone number could be useful for urgent communication about your order. Furthermore, in case of particular sending, your phone number could be communicated to the courier.
